Refund Policy

A product ordered in error that is delivered in good condition can be exchanged or refunded. However, the product should be returned in its original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice within thirty (30) days.
We will refund you the full amount of the product within Seven (7) days after the product has been returned.
SOMAH will notify you by mail of the amount paid to your credit card in case of reimbursement.
SOMAH will not reimburse the shipping costs for the exchange or refund of a product in good condition.
If a product does not match your order, you must contact us immediately by telephone or email. SOMAH will bear all costs of the return of the product.
No returns will be allowed for a used product.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
